So glad I'm doing this again, I feel better and I feel like my body is starting to be leaner. Gotta start working out! Just hard with my hectic schedule during the week. Yesterday I juiced and today I didn't have time before I took my youngest son to the store to buy valentines stuff for today. So I bought two naked juices, so I feel good! My husband surprised me with chocolate today :/ hard temptation, and the sweetest card :) love him so much. Ready for tomorrow
When it comes to eating right and exercising, there is no "I'll start tomorrow." Tomorrow is disease.

Tiffany is back to juicing Day 1 and 2
Yesterday I started juicing again, after a two week break :/ With moving and going back and forth it was really hard for me to juice and be prepared to do it. Then last week I started Tuesday and cleaned out my juicer and then our drain was clogged. Luckily over the weekend we got it fixed and I started juicing yesterday!! Yay!! So I'm starting over my 60 days so now I'm on day 2 and I feel great! Ready to start working out again and seeing more weight come off! My juice Made for lunch today had Tons of spinach in it, it was really good, green apple and carrots and orange. Ill check back in tomorrow

Day 11 and 12 for Kim
Well, My family and I are FINALLY feeling better and so last night I pre-juiced for this morning so I had NO EXCUSE to not juice today. :) IT WORKED. Although I do NOT like my juice after it has been refrigerated over night, I prefer it straight from my juicer. So much more yummy!
Im officially down another pound from the last time I posted too!
Starting weight on 1/14/13 was: 192.
As of 1/26/13 I'm down to: 185 WOW!
SO excited! I was gonna go for a nice long walk today but alas it is pouring!

Day 17
Not how I thought my night was going to end sitting in the er with my oldest son. He was riding his bike earlier and fell off and hit his head on the street. I drank some juice I had this morning but had nothing but water for lunch :/ Now at the er for almost 3 hours. Back tomorrow hopefully more productive with juicing then today

Moving is really messing up my juicing! We have ended up having dinner late the last couple nights and sometimes missing my lunch juice. Ready to get back on track! Going to try to work out tomorrow for a little bit but not to much to make me sore with more moving to do :/I agree with Kim about the celery! Gotta go grocery shopping tomorrow! Ugh unfortunately my whole family is really sick so I haven't had much chance to update. Juicing is doing great. In just the first 3 days I lost almost 5 pounds!! Although now that I am sick I ind that I have no appetite and have to force myself to juice. I have learned that I don't like celery In My juice, but pair green apple with anything and I can get through. For breakfast a few days ago I made a fruit drink that was so delish I have to share. It was strawberries blueberries kiwi and honeydew melon I added cucumber and spinach as well. Omg! So yummy!!!

Day 15
So tired from moving, still not done :/ juiced this morning my breakfast and lunch. Breakfast I had spinach and kale and grapefruit, yummy!. Then lunch was my normal but I added celery. Realized I don't like celery in my juice, it leaves a bitter taste I don't care for. So I'm still learning what I like and don't like. Haven't worked out since last week but I think the packing and moving is a work out in its self! I'm so sore and want to be in my house! Ready for more packing and moving tomorrow and a school board meeting that I'm supposed to make a speech at :/ till tomorrow! <3 Tiffany

Day 13 and 14 for Tiffany
So Saturday started kinda late with packing, we unloaded one car load. The kids started saying they were hungry, so we got Jamba Juice. So I did have my morning juice and then got another car load and dropped that off and it was time for my son to go to a birthday party. So I didn't get anything for lunch and we all ate a Really early dinner,even for senior citizens, at 4! Then today I juiced my breakfast of carrots,apple,kale,tomato. Then I loaded the trailer of stuff (wonder woman song) and then lunch I juiced the same but added 4 nectarines to it, yum! Now finally getting to bed at 11 :( so exhausted. Goodnight! <3 Tiffany

Day 12 for Tiffany
We are HomeOwners again!! So happy that this finally done with and we can start moving in a start making it a home for us and our kids. I've become an addict to Pinterest and have so many ideas that I want to start doing to my house that I'm breaking at the seams with excitement. Yesterday was such a better day with juicing, my husband made me a juice with carrots,spinach,apple, pear and oranges. Then for Lunch I experimented after talking to my sister about a drink she loved I decided to try to make one similar with what I had. I did 5 handfuls of spinach and a leaf and a half of Kale and then 3 grapefruits. It was Delicious!! And so healthy! I also had cut up carrots and apples just in case I didn't like the green machine one so then I juiced apples and carrots and drank that, so yummy too! So my lunch was a hit!! I also weighed myself yesterday and I've lost almost 5 pounds!! I wish I had weighed myself in the beginning to see if I lost anything that first week. Oh well though, just staying on track and excited to start feeling my clothes feel different :) More working out planned this week with also packing and moving so that will be another workout :) Have a wonderful weekend everyone! <3 Tiffany

Day 11
Didn't go as good as I planned, we had to go early to sign on our house, get my 6 year old and 9 1/2 month old ready. I did not have time to juice :( So I had some V8 juice with fruit so I figured that would be better then nothing! Then after signing we had to go to the walk through and then go to the bank. We had to stop somewhere to get our son something for lunch before school, we stopped at McDonald's and I fought the urge to order something out of complete hunger. We then took out son to school and I ate a little bit of salmon and quinoa. Then I had to run more errands and a doctors appointment. We had Taco Bell for dinner because it got so late and my Pinterest recipe didn't turn out good. So scratch yesterday and looking forward to today! Just letting everyone know that some days can go wrong but every day is a fresh day!! <3 Tiffany

Day 10 for Tiffany
Did not know how out of shape I was until I did some Pilates and Yoga workouts yesterday. Haha It felt good to do all the stretching, I couldn't believe towards the end I was working up a sweat. Some of the moves I would have been easily able to do in high school now I felt like a clumsy toddler trying to do it. I'm excited to keep up with the different workouts, I don't like the pain but I like to know ill soon see a change. And boy do I need a change. I want to try some new juices but definitely going to taste test before I make a big pitcher again :) Here was my lunch and breakfast, I also added two grapefruits and tomatoes, 3 handfuls of spinach. Day 9 for Tiffany
Tried to add a few extra things in my juice today, didn't turn out how I hoped. I added one winter squash and realized I didn't like the taste of that, had to dump my pitcher of juice. :( Bummer! My next batch was good! Today I worked out doing some muffin top burning workouts and then did some Pilates/Yoga workouts. I can already feel the burn on my sides but they're good burns!! I want to start walking again but Arizona had gotten a freak cold winter blast all the sudden and I just haven't had time with my kids and homework and school meetings :/ Going to try to walk Thursday when it's supposed to warm up again. Going to post some pics of my morning juice and then my yucky juice and then my good juice and then my husband and my before dinner juice. Night! <3 Tiff

Day 8 for Tiffany
Wow! 8 days! Can't believe I would make it to today and not looking like a crazy lady. I'm surprised in myself for having this much self discipline. I encourage anyone to try it, even if you do it for a week. Your body feels better,not in a wow it's like magic, it's small changes you notice. Definitely don't feel bloated, digestion gets on track,I've noticed more energy like I'm not dragging through the day.I would like to try several days possibly a week with just juicing and not dinner but we will see. I'm glad I'm keeping up with drinking a lot of water, was lacking before so this is really good.Didn't take any pictures today of my juices, wish I had, will definitely tomorrow . Worked out some today , going to do more tomorrow. Yay for Kim getting her juicer!! Excited for her journey to begin. Have a wonderful night! <3 Tiff

Still going good, did have lunch and yesterday but that's because we were out and about. Just finishing up dinner after grocery shopping, got a ton of stuff! Day 5 and 6
So yeah once the weekend hits I'm super busy and spending time with my kids and hubby. Doing good with the juicing and getting better and better about what to add. Worked out Thursday before my juice and I woke up Friday morning super early with aching muscles!!! Friday I was super sore all day and walking funny haha but I took some pictures of my juices and I took some pictures of my produce I got from Market on the move today! So awesome! Not as much fruit but I'm hoping once spring comes there will be more. Still worth it to go for the about of veggies you get it would be really expensive at the store! Have a great weekend everyone! We are going to be packing tomorrow, were closing escrow on our house this week.

FINALLY!!!
Finally got word my juicer should be delivered on Monday! If I hadn't gotten such a good deal I would have just gone to a store and had it sooner but ya can't beat $40! I got kale and organic spinach today and am headed to Market on the Move in the morning. I absolutely can not wait to check this market out!! $10 for up to 60lbs of fresh organic produce!!!! Freakin amazing! I hope it is as awesome as it sounds! I will post pics tomorrow of what I can get my hands on at the market. Night y'all!!

Day 4
Day 4 down! I have to say with eating dinner I'm not feeling like I'm going crazy. I really like how I'm feeling through this, it could just be my imagination but I feel like I've lost some weight, I feel leaner. I am really excited to see how I will feel and look after these 60 days are over. This morning before I juiced, I did a workout, I think I'm going to keep doing that. My younger son helped me juice today, he loved helping me and tasting it. Didn't get a chance to make my Bloody Mary juice today so going to try tomorrow, need to get some tobasco. My son wanted a donut from Dunkin today that he's been asking me for the last couple of days. I knew before I went through the drive thru that I was going to be overwhelmed with the smell. Even the coffee with cream and sugar that I ordered smelled like donuts, talk about a test. My son didn't even finish his donut before school and left it on the table, I didn't even take a taste! I'm so proud of myself! I'm sure more temptations will come and possibly I might try but I'm not going to beat myself up. I'm human and a mama that sometimes needs a treat myself! Day 3
Nothing like wanting to go to bed at 8 o'clock at night, I'm exhausted. Rough night with the baby means tired mama. Today wasn't that bad with wanting to snack so I'm happy about that! When I eat dinner I notice that I feel full with a lot less portion size then before. So yeah my stomach is shrinking!! Woohoo!! My husband and I have been coming up with a lot of juices we really like. Grapefruit with some carrots and an apple,pear,tomato and spinach.Yummy! Noticed you want to not add too many grapefruits because it creates a strong bitter taste.Also too many tomatoes cause a watery taste so you definitely have to counter act that. My kids want to help make juices so I think this is going to be a nice part to our lifestyle. Ready for tomorrow to make a Bloody Mary one :) Hoping I get good sleep tonight! Night! <3 Tiff

Day 2
Just finished day 2 with a nice big glass of water and glad today is over. Today was definitely harder then yesterday with wanting to snack, seemed like today dragged on. Went for a family walk last night which was nice and was planning something like that tonight. Unfortunately there was a school board meeting for my kids school tonight and was pretty important, so just gotta make up for it tomorrow! Juicing is a lot of fun I have to tell you, seeing what you can combine is very interesting. Tried my first juice with kale, a lot more scary looking then tasting, my husband and I liked it. Of course it was mixed with fruit :) I went to Winco last night ad got more fruit and veges and wish I had went there in the first place. Such great deals on produce, definitely will be the place to go. Going to try market on the move this weekend which is this awesome market put on by the 3000 club, bringing produce to the public that would have been discarded. So excited for this, can't beat 60lbs of fresh produce for $10!!! I think I'm going to buy 120 lbs and see how long that lasts me and might share some with family or neighbors.I've noticed with juicing that I already have more energy and feel better, I'm excited to see more changes in me!My husband and I are keeping each other on track and motivated and I have a feeling this experience will be an awesome journey together. Tiffany's Journey from blah to ooh lala
So it's day 1 of my juicing journey to become a healthier me,healthier mom to my three kids and a wife that will finally believe her husband when he says that she's beautiful. My name is Tiffany and I am a stay at mom home of three beautiful kids and married to my best friend. Here is a picture of us when we were dating in 2003
We have beenmarried since 2005 and you can tell why :)
I started to puton weight before I got pregnant with my son and then during my pregnancy I didreally good not putting on extra weight, thanks to gestational diabetes Istayed away from unhealthy stuff. Then after I had my son that's when I startedto put on weight, not getting enough exercise and eating wonderful food thanksto my Chef and Baker of a husband. After 4 years of feeling discouraged,depressed, unhealthy with myself I decided to start eating right and workingout. I was doing really good and starting seeing changes in my body and in themean time my husband and I were trying to get pregnant, and we did! We were soexcited and couldn't wait for our bundle of joy! I was doing really good of noteating unhealthy and extra just snacking and trying to keep my blood sugarlevel balanced so that I felt good. We had our beautiful daughter in March andwe feel like our family is complete. I've put on a little of the weight that Ilost before I got pregnant, so it's just time for me to really get into gearand get back into shape. My life is pretty hectic with three kids, a husband,and we're in the process of purchasing a new home.
My sister gave mea juicer and I was so excited we used it the first night to try it out. I'vedecided to juice for breakfast and lunch because I'm not sure if I should gogung ho in the fear that I will give up. Plus having a 9 1/2 month old baby andI babysit to boys during the week, I don't want to be having withdrawals on thecouch. I'm going to be drinking water and decaf tea during the day. Also Ican't go without some morning or afternoon coffee :) Dinners will be eatenearlier then before and will be lean and healthy. Nightly walks and exercisingduring the day will part of my daily routine and will be increased as time goes.My husband is going to join me in this journey as well, not sure how long he'sgoing to do it for because I know he will start seeing a big difference a lotquicker than me :/
My Goal is todo this for 60 days and my Weight Loss Goal is 60-70 lbs!
So 59 more daysand we will see where I'm at!

I love being a mother and wife, but somehow I never find the time or motivation/energy to work out and keep my body in shape. When I got married I was 5'5" and 115lbs. Now 8 years and 3 children later I am 5'5" and 192lbs. Ouch!! This is rock bottom for me. I cant stand knowing I'm THIS close to being 200lbs!
I have to do something about this...so here I am!
I also suffer from SEVER migraines, and occasional vertigo. Through this Reboot, Im hoping that I will not just loose the weight, but help alleviate my often debilitating symptoms.
I took a few "before" pics of my pantry and fridge/freezer as well as "before" pics of my body. To help document the hopeful transformation.
We'll start with the lesser of two evils...my fridge/freezer/pantry.
As I said I have three kids and a husband who drives for a living (ie: lives off "one handed food") So I wanted to see if the contents will change by the time my 60 days is up. Can I get my WHOLE family to eat healthier with me??? We'll see!!!
