Did not know how out of shape I was until I did some Pilates and Yoga workouts yesterday. Haha It felt good to do all the stretching, I couldn't believe towards the end I was working up a sweat. Some of the moves I would have been easily able to do in high school now I felt like a clumsy toddler trying to do it. I'm excited to keep up with the different workouts, I don't like the pain but I like to know ill soon see a change. And boy do I need a change. I want to try some new juices but definitely going to taste test before I make a big pitcher again :) Here was my lunch and breakfast, I also added two grapefruits and tomatoes, 3 handfuls of spinach. I'm ready for tomorrow! <3 Tiffany
